1. Can I choose which chiropractor I would like to see?

Each client has a primary doctor who oversees their care and conducts all their reports. To ensure the best care for our clients, we work as a team and as such all clients are adjusted by all our chiropractors.

2. Do I need a referral letter?

We do not require a referral letter to see us.

3. How can I book a consultation?

You may reach out to us via our “Make an Appointment” form on our website, give us a call at +852 2110 3901, or WhatsApp us at +852 9877 9539. One of our team members will assist you in making a booking. We require the initial consultation fee to be paid in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment.

4. Do you do massage?

No. Here at Atlas, we only practice chiropractic.

5. How long is the initial consultation and report of findings appointment?

The initial consultation and report of findings are two separate appointments. Please plan on one hour for each appointment.

6. How long is each adjustment session?

Each adjustment session is 15-20 minutes

7. What are your opening hours?

Mon 8:30am to 1:30pm & 4pm to 7pm

Tue 8:30am to 1:30pm (closed in the afternoon)

Wed 4pm to 7pm (closed in the morning)

Thu 8:30am to 1:30pm & 4pm to 7pm

Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays Closed

8. What are your service fees?

The initial consultation and report of findings for adults is $900 HKD. Adjustments for adults are $900 HKD per session. The initial consultation and report of findings for children (under the age of 16) is $800 HKD. Adjustments for children (under the age of 16) are $800 HKD per session.

9. Can I claim my care through my insurance?

We are a cash-based practice so we do not take medical cards. We can provide receipts for your adjustment sessions. We recommend our clients speak with their insurance company to confirm whether their care is claimable.
