Yoga for Chiropractic

Yoga can bring many physical benefits to your health including increased flexibility, improvement in muscle tone and strength, as well as overall better posture. Yoga’s symbiotic relationship with chiropractic care is becoming well-documented and Ben regularly practices himself.

What Does Yoga Do?

Like chiropractic care, yoga brings elasticity to the spine, increasing your range of motion and overall flexibility. Combined with regular adjustments, yoga can help you heal faster and elevate your own knowledge of how to take care of yourself.

At Atlas we work with our clients to help them to achieve optimal health and well-being. Regular chiropractic care should be a part of an individual’s overall health journey, complementing the right nutrition, sleep, exercise and attitude.

Join Our Free Weekly Yoga Classes

We’d like to invite you to join our weekly yoga classes, complimentary to our clients, designed in collaboration with Ben to provide you with a class that specifically focuses on improving your spinal mobility.

Our Yoga Instructors

Johanna

Johanna’s mission is to spread the healing power and joy of practicing yoga. She envisions a world without pain, inside and out. Johanna will combine breathing exercises, mediation and a series of asanas to promote balance, strength and flexibility – ultimately making you stronger, more grounded and tuned in to understanding how to look after your own body.

The Details

When: Classes are held twice a week. You may RSVP for class by emailing or speaking with Giselle. Each client is able to bring a plus one for no additional fee.

Wednesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Thursday 7:30pm – 8:15pm

Where: Atlas Chiropractic, 8/f No.10 Pottinger Street, Central, Hong Kong
