How to Book Your First Visit

Share your details, main concerns, and preferred times through our contact form or directly on WhatsApp (+852 2110 3901) so we can match you with the right chiropractor and visit length.
Our team will review your request and confirm your appointment within 24 business hours. We'll let you know what to expect on your first visit and schedule you in as early as possible. Please expect 1 hour for the initial consultation and another hour for the report of findings. If you can attend both on the same day, that's ideal — if not, you can return the next day for the report.
Your chiropractor will conduct a comprehensive initial consultation that includes taking a detailed health history to understand your concerns, lifestyle, and goals. They will assess your posture, spinal alignment, and movement patterns to identify any structural imbalances. Advanced nervous system tests will be performed to evaluate how well your body is adapting to stress and functioning overall. We'll walk you through what we found, what it means for your health, and why it matters. Based on your unique case, we'll recommend a precise care plan tailored to your needs—including how often you should come in, the expected duration of care, and which phase of care best supports your goals. If chiropractic care isn't the right fit, we'll recommend the most appropriate next step and refer you to the right healthcare specialist.
